Your Agreement with Pakistan's Premier Gaming Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "s6six", "we", "us", "our" refers to the s6six platform operating at https://s6six.bio and all associated services, products and features made available thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the s6six platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account held by a Player on the s6six platform, identified by the Player's registered Pakistani mobile number.
• "Platform" refers to the s6six website accessible at https://s6six.bio, including all web-based gaming, betting, payment and account management interfaces.
• "Games" refers collectively to all gaming products available on the s6six platform, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games and any other gaming content made available from time to time.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of Pakistan and the primary transaction currency of the s6six platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including but not limited to verification of the Player's CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), date of birth and Pakistani mobile number.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback or other incentive funds credited to a Player's s6six account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total volume of real-money wagers a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the s6six platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the s6six Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and s6six in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, agreements and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By using the s6six platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the s6six platform;
• You are accessing the s6six platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming of the type offered is not expressly prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms;
• You are not a current or former employee of s6six or an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You have not been self-excluded from the s6six platform or any other gaming platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement that remains active;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust or other legal entity.

s6six reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a Player's use of the platform and to suspend or terminate any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided. Any winnings generated on an account subsequently determined to have been operated by or on behalf of a minor shall be forfeited in full.

4 Account Registration

To access the gaming services available at s6six, a Player must register a single, personal account. Registration is completed by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number and creating a secure password. The following conditions apply to all s6six accounts:

• One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one active s6six account. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Players are obligated to update their account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via their registered Pakistani mobile number. s6six will never request a Player's password through any communication channel.
• Notification of Compromise: Players must notify s6six immediately at [email protected] (contact by email — plain text, not a clickable link) if they believe their account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Non-Transferability: s6six accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to access their s6six account.

5 KYC Identity Verification

s6six is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming requirements. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete KYC identity verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

KYC verification at s6six requires Players to submit the following documentation:

1. A clear photograph or scanned copy of both sides of their valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card);
2. A recent selfie clearly showing the Player's face alongside their CNIC;
3. Where required by s6six's AML team, proof of the source of funds deposited into the Player's account.

s6six reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Submission of false, altered or fraudulent identity documents will result in immediate permanent account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits

The following conditions govern all deposits made to a Player's s6six account:

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 200 per transaction. s6six does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual limits may apply depending on the payment provider.
• Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay and USDT TRC20. s6six may add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and held in PKR. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Player's s6six account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Allied Bank are credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 1–3 minutes.
• Own Funds: Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the Player's account reviewed.
• No Credit Card Deposits: s6six does not currently accept deposits made with credit cards or financing instruments.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from a Player's s6six account is subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: PKR 500 per transaction.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: PKR 500,000 per calendar day for standard accounts. Enhanced limits are available for verified VIP account holders.
• KYC Requirement: KYC verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal can be processed. s6six will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts.
• Processing Time: Approved JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) settle within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 pm PKT. USDT TRC20 withdrawals process within 5–10 minutes after approval.
• Return of Method: Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for deposit. Where this is not possible, s6six's payments team will contact the Player to agree an alternative.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Right to Review: s6six reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request before processing. This may delay processing beyond standard timeframes in exceptional circumstances.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

s6six offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, together with any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's s6six account are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom are not eligible for withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold multiple active bonuses simultaneously unless the specific terms of both promotions expressly permit this.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino wagers typically contribute at rates specified per promotion. Slot contributions may vary. Certain games may contribute 0% and therefore do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Abuse Prevention: s6six reserves the right to cancel bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend or permanently close accounts where s6six reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets specifically structured to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
• Modification & Withdrawal of Offers: s6six reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

9 Gaming Rules

Each gaming category available on the s6six platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and any other gaming formats — is governed by specific game rules accessible within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all s6six gaming activities:

• Players accept game outcomes as final and binding. Results generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live games, and by live dealers for live casino games, are not subject to challenge on the basis of outcome alone.
• s6six reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, placed on an event the result of which was already known at the time of placement, or placed on markets that were published with incorrect odds due to a manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, s6six's games logs are the definitive reference for determining game state at the time of the malfunction. s6six will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues in a fair manner consistent with game rules.
• For sports betting specifically: odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. s6six reserves the right to limit bet stakes on specific markets, events or for specific Players at its sole discretion.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s6six platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one s6six account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the s6six platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your s6six account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the s6six platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or cheating in any gaming format;
• Using the s6six platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime activity;
• Depositing funds from sources not legally belonging to you;
• Exploiting bugs, errors or glitches in the s6six platform software for financial gain;
• Making chargebacks or reversing payments through your payment provider without first raising the matter with s6six support.

11 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the s6six platform — including but not limited to: the s6six brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, software code, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to s6six and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s6six platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or perform, sub-licence, sell or otherwise exploit any s6six intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of s6six intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Player's account and may give rise to legal action.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

s6six collects, processes and stores personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and platform use. The collection and use of personal data is governed by the s6six Privacy Policy, available at s6six.bio/privacy-policy.

By registering and using the s6six platform, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the s6six Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities at s6six include:

• Account creation and management — mobile number, name and account preferences;
• KYC verification — CNIC data, date of birth, selfie images;
• Transaction processing — deposit and withdrawal records linked to JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank accounts;
• Responsible gaming — monitoring of gaming behaviour to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling;
• Marketing communications — where Players have given explicit consent to receive promotional materials from s6six.

13 Responsible Gaming

s6six provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account Settings section after s6six login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods. Upon reaching a loss limit, further gaming activity is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Timers: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them when a defined period of continuous gaming activity has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the s6six platform for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is deactivated and cannot be reinstated until the exclusion period has expired. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic reminders of their gaming session duration and net win/loss position during a session.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• s6six provides the platform and all gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. s6six makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
• s6six shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the s6six platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming revenue, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
• s6six's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Player's use of the s6six platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• s6six is not responsible for the content, reliability or availability of third-party websites that may be linked from the platform, nor for any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on such third-party content.

15 Account Suspension & Termination

s6six reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by s6six;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player through their payment provider without prior s6six authorisation;
• At the Player's own request, including pursuant to a self-exclusion request made through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, s6six reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the account. Real-money deposit balances that are not subject to ongoing investigations will be returned via the Player's last used withdrawal method, less any amounts legitimately owed to s6six.

16 Amendments to These Terms

s6six reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://s6six.bio/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the s6six platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with amended Terms must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting s6six support.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the international jurisdiction under which s6six holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall first be referred to the s6six internal dispute resolution process, as follows:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Players must first raise any dispute with the s6six support team by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link), providing full details of the dispute and the outcome sought.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: s6six will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive written response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose jurisdiction s6six's gaming licence is issued.

Players and s6six agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of the licensing jurisdiction, to which both parties hereby irrevocably submit.
